Malheur Butte

Malheur Butte is a possibly extinct volcano along the northwestern outskirts of Ontario. While the volcano may be extinct, Malheur County still exhibits geothermal energy in the form of hot springs. The butte takes its name (meaning misfortune in French) from the nearby river.
